lyddcsp.com is run by Lyddcsp from 3440 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA 30326, United States. Using the Site or placing an order means you accept these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Ordering and payment
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- An order is accepted once we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit orders that look fraudulent, come from resellers, or carry a pricing error — you are refunded in full.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Pricing and availability
We work to keep every price and description accurate, but mistakes happen. Where a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund you. Comparison (“was”) prices refer to the price an item was previously offered at or the manufacturer’s suggested price, and savings are shown for information only. Product images are illustrative — colour can vary slightly from screen to screen.
Shipping
We ship inside the United States only. Orders are packed in 1-2 business days and spend a further 2-4 days in transit. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel arrives damaged or never turns up, our Refund Policy applies and we put it right at no cost to you.
Returns
Unused items can go back within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Opened consumables, personal-care items and food cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product use and safety
Always read the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and load ratings before using a product. Power tools, outdoor equipment, appliances and vehicles must be assembled and used as directed; we are not responsible for misuse or modification.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content belong to Lyddcsp or are licensed to us. Brand names and logos shown on products remain the property of their owners and appear only to identify what we sell.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape its content, or resell products without written permission.
Warranties and liability
Products carry any manufacturer warranty supplied with them. To the fullest extent the law permits, Lyddcsp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute goes to the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on this page applies to any order placed after it is published.
