Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order sent within the United States — no minimum spend, and no surcharge for large or heavy items.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1-2 business days and spend another 2-4 days in transit — 3-6 days in total. Every product page shows an arrival estimate worked out from those numbers.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 U.S. states only.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments run through PCI-compliant providers — we never see your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not shipped yet we can change the address or cancel it for a full refund.
Why is the “was” price higher?
The comparison price is what the item was previously offered at, or the manufacturer’s suggested price. The price in green is what you pay today.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery to send back any unused item in its original packaging. Return postage is on you if you changed your mind, on us if the item was damaged, wrong or never arrived. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 6-11 business days of us receiving the return.
